At Moshaal, we strive to provide a comfortable and trustworthy shopping experience for all our customers. We follow a “Check Before You Pay” policy, which means that when you receive your product, you have the opportunity to inspect it thoroughly before making payment to the delivery rider. Once the payment is completed, returns or refunds will not be accepted. If you notice any defect or problem with the product, please inform us before completing the payment.

Customers can cancel their orders anytime before the product is dispatched. However, if the product has already reached your area or doorstep and you decide to cancel, a delivery charge of BDT 110 will be applied as compensation for courier services.

In cases where an advance payment has been made and we are unable to deliver the product, a refund will be issued, excluding the delivery charges. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used by the customer within 2 to 10 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted after the product has been received and payment completed, even if the customer changes their mind or finds the product incompatible with their needs. Customers are therefore encouraged to carefully inspect the product at the time of delivery.

We prioritize customer privacy and assure that any data collected during transactions will not be shared with third parties.
